Ed Percival's framework comes out of real coaching work with Shirlaws, which gives it more grounding than most 'X steps to success' titles, though it also reads a bit like an ad for his coaching practice. The work-life-balance angle is a nice, less-common addition. Percival narrates it himself, competently enough, but nothing here demands the listen over similar coaching books.
