A Moveable Feast: The Restored Edition

Ernest Hemingway Β· 2009
πŸŽ™ Narrated by John Bedford Lloyd (Simon & Schuster Audio)
73/100
πŸ‘ Worth It

If you're only going to read one Moveable Feast, this restored edition gets you closer to what Hemingway actually wrote, with extra sketches the 1964 original left out. There's a real family dispute over whether this restoration is legitimate, which is worth knowing going in. John Bedford Lloyd's narration is excellent, capturing Hemingway's conviction and pain in a way that makes this edition genuinely worth the listen.
