A tidy, alphabetical field guide to roughly 150 kinds of structured certificates, laying out what each one is built for and which market conditions suit it. It works well as a lookup tool from someone who clearly understands the mechanics, but the certificate market has evolved a lot since 2009 and some products here may no longer exist in that form.
