W. D. Ross's preface is a meaningful endorsement and Ando's close reading of Aristotle's practical wisdom has genuine staying power as a reference in the field — the fact that it's still being reissued digitally decades after first publication says something. But this is strictly a text for academic philosophers working on phronesis and the practical syllogism; some scholarly positions have been updated by subsequent research, and there is nothing here for any other audience.
