Robinson-Easley offers something genuinely uncommon in management academia: a unified framework that treats EEO, diversity, and intercultural management as a single coherent continuum rather than three competing silos, grounded in systems thinking and real consulting fieldwork. The prose is more readable than most Palgrave texts and the academic endorsements are substantive. Readers without an organizational development background may find the systems-change model abstract, but for its target audience this is a worthwhile and distinctive contribution.
