Hollis is honest here, and the journal prompts have real value if you're mid-crisis yourself, but this one was written so close to his divorce that it reads more raw than resolved. Longtime followers of his podcast will recognize a lot of this territory already covered. His own narration is warm and personal, which is really the best reason to pick the audio over the page.
