This Springer-published academic volume draws on an 11-nation empirical study to examine whether business schools are preparing leaders who can serve society β and within its specialist lane, it's credible and rigorous. But it's misclassified as self-help, priced and written as an academic text, and reaches only a narrow slice of management educators and corporate learning directors. If that's your job, it may be worth tracking down; for everyone else, it simply isn't the book it appears to be.
