Series ✦ Penny’s Take
Caring for Her Amish Family

👍 Worth It
Carrie Lighte handles the tension between community belonging and personal integrity with more nuance than the Love Inspired formula usually demands — Anke's choice to care for her Englisch nephew against her community's wishes gives the story a real moral backbone. Clean, warm, and faith-grounded throughout. Readers outside the Christian-romance lane will not find much to surprise them, but within that readership this is a good one.
