Concentration Exercises
This book presents a month-long curriculum of concentration exercises — three per day — designed to direct your awareness toward positive outcomes. The day-by-day format is genuinely easy to follow, and as a structured practice it has a certain internal logic. But the dossier cannot be set aside: author Grigori Grabovoi was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in prison for fraud, including promises to bereaved mothers that he could resurrect their children killed in the 2004 Beslan school siege. The Russian Academy of Sciences classifies his teachings as pseudoscience. Claims that these exercises cure illness or facilitate resurrection have no empirical basis and conflict with orthodox Christian faith. Even at face value, this one is not Penny-recommended for faith families.
