Conflict Management and Resolution

70/100
π Worth It
A solid introduction to conflict management from a George Mason professor who knows his field, covering theory from anatomy of conflict through to negotiation and reconciliation in a clear three-part structure. It will not satisfy a practitioner looking for deep case studies, and it skews heavily toward international rather than organizational or interpersonal conflict, but as a textbook introduction it does its job competently. Dense prose is the price of admission.
