Andrew Fight's 2004 training manual was a practical, accessible on-ramp for junior bank analysts when it came out, with clear exercises and worked examples. But over twenty years of regulatory change and model evolution have made the frameworks it teaches unreliable for current practice, and there are much more current resources for anyone entering the field today.
