Robert Quinn's leadership classic has stuck around for good reason, the Transformational Cycle framework is genuinely useful for anyone facing a stuck organization or a stuck life. It leans academic and some of the examples show their age since it dates to 1996, so go in expecting a management-theory tone rather than a breezy self-help read. Rowell Gormon narrates competently enough, though nobody seems to have written about the performance specifically.
