Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Developing a Winning Attitude and Mindset
Allistair McCaw Β· 2025
65/100
π Skip It
McCaw's fifty bite-sized lessons are genuinely drawn from elite-sports coaching experience, and the structure makes it easy to dip in and apply something quickly. That said, the content overlaps heavily with dozens of other mindset books in the genre, and without original research to anchor the ideas, it is hard to call it essential. A decent gift for someone new to this category who would be overwhelmed by a denser book.
