Don't Panic

Reid Wilson · 2009
82/100
👍 Worth It

Reid Wilson's Don't Panic has stayed in print through multiple editions for a reason — the five-step panic control strategy is clear, the explanation of how panic actually works in the body and mind is accurate, and the third edition wisely adds material on medication and co-occurring cardiac and respiratory conditions. It lacks a faith framework, but as a secular, clinically respected guide to panic it is one of the most durably recommended books in its category.
