A solid, well-structured textbook for South African business students, covering the personal and interpersonal skills that classroom education often overlooks. Outside that specific market and educational context, though, it offers little that isn't available in more widely distributed alternatives, and its international footprint is minimal. Worth it if you're at Unisa or a comparable institution; a narrower choice for everyone else.
