Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take 📱 Kindle
Everyday Gratitude
A Network for Grateful Living, Kristi Nelson & Brother David Steindl-Rast · 2018
66/100
👎 Skip It
A pretty, quotable gift book pulling from Maya Angelou to Confucius to Anne Frank, with real credibility behind it — Brother David Steindl-Rast has spent decades on this exact subject. But it's a quotation anthology at heart, so you get flashes of insight rather than sustained thinking. Nice for flipping open at the start of a day, less so if you want a book that actually argues something.
