Two credentialed academic educators at the University of the Sunshine Coast bring genuine research grounding to the well-worn growth-mindset topic, and Familius is a reputable press. The Manhattan Book Review called it worthwhile, and the psychology foundation is solid. But the failure-as-learning frame has been occupied extensively by Carol Dweck and others, and without a distinctive angle or major critical reception this one does not rise above the crowd.
