Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Faith and the Modern Family
Craig Jutila Β· 2014
70/100
π Worth It
Craig Jutila writes from real ministry experience, and the one detailed review I found called it light, humorous, and genuinely encouraging rather than preachy. The four-part structure tackling family busyness, screen time, and building a family mission gives you something concrete to actually use. Some of the tech advice may feel dated now, but the parenting heart holds up.

It’s an honest first-party read β not a page-by-page personal one. The gold β Penny Tested mark is reserved for books Penny reads cover to cover herself.
