Joni Eareckson Tada writes from decades of living with quadriplegia and chronic pain, and hearing her read her own devotional reflections gives them real weight. It's more a set of quiet meditations than a page-turner though, so it suits reflection time better than a road trip, and I couldn't find much independent review specific to this title - the narration's earned authority makes it worth a listen if the format appeals to you.
