Five P's to a Wow! Business

Matthews' five-pillar framework is logical, practitioner-tested, and neatly packaged — Planning, People, Processes, Performetrics, Passion — and if you are inside the Sandler Training ecosystem it likely serves as a useful curriculum companion. Outside that ecosystem, though, the framework is not distinctive enough to justify a dedicated read over better-documented competitors, and the absence of independent critical review makes it impossible to assess the writing quality or depth of argument with any confidence. A solid workbook for Sandler clients; harder to recommend in the open market.
