Two veteran fire chiefs clearly know their stuff, and having co-author Anthony Avillo narrate gives it real practitioner authority. But reviewers are split — one called it practical, another dismissed it as a rehash of standard Fire Officer certification material — and the scope is narrow enough it won't do much outside the fire service. Worth a pass unless you're already in that world.
