Britt Wray brings real scientific and psychological grounding to eco-anxiety, and the recognition backs it up — a Governor General's Award finalist and named one of the year's best nonfiction and self-help books. It's emotionally heavy and the climate framing won't suit every reader, but she narrates it herself and it's absolutely worth the listen for anyone actually wrestling with this stuff.
