Within the Independent Baptist tradition, Curtis Hutson's Sword of the Lord work carries real weight, and a 16-page biblical exposition on Hebrews 12 has a clear and legitimate pastoral purpose. Outside that tradition, the narrow denominational framing, the pamphlet length, and the absence of any mainstream critical notice make it a hard recommend — there is simply not enough here to evaluate or distinguish it from similar devotional tracts.
