Tony Buzan applies his mind-mapping approach to bottom-up organizational leadership, and the creativity angle gives it a distinctive flavor compared to most management books. But the independent critical coverage is nearly nonexistent, it's been misclassified as self-help when it's really an organizational change text, and the practitioner endorsements — while real — can't substitute for broader editorial validation. Hard to recommend with confidence.
