Grief's Courageous Journey

Sandi Caplan · 1995
80/100
👍 Worth It

One of the stronger grief workbooks in the dossier set — its dual-purpose design serving both individual grievers and group facilitators is rare and genuinely useful, and the hospice expertise behind it shows in the careful sequencing from telling the story of the relationship through to rebuilding a sense of future. The 1995 publication date is real but the clinical New Harbinger framework ages better than pop-psychology alternatives.
