This is Cloud and Townsend applying their psychology-meets-Scripture lens to spiritual growth, and it's competently done, but it's largely a distillation of their earlier book How People Grow — so if you've read that one, there's not much new ground here. It's explicitly theological throughout, narrowing the audience further. Henry O. Arnold's narration is fine but unremarkable.
