Heads up, this is really a design and wellbeing book, not a self-help title, so it's a bit of an odd fit here. That said, Amanda Talbot brings real industry chops from Livingetc and IKEA, and the chapter structure with real-home case studies makes it a genuinely useful, good-looking read for anyone thinking about how their space affects their mood.
