Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
HBR's 10 Must Reads on Leadership
Harvard Business Review · 2011
85/100
👍 Worth It
Drucker, Collins, Goleman, Kotter, Bennis in one slim volume — this is the starting point for any serious student of leadership, and the lineup alone justifies the read. Collins on Level 5 Leadership and Goleman on emotional intelligence are especially foundational, and the collection moves efficiently from individual to organizational levels. The Western corporate context is a real limitation, but within its scope it's about as good as anthologies get.
