The combination of personal grief memoir and practical workbook is a thoughtful approach for bereaved spouses, and the clinical psychologist foreword gives it some grounding. The problem is that very little formal review coverage exists, and the small-press distribution makes it hard to find β so people who might benefit most are unlikely to encounter it. Worth recommending in grief support circles where word-of-mouth can substitute for visibility, but not a first-reach purchase.
