Cameron Lancaster packs in some genuinely meatier ideas here - efficient-market skepticism, carry trades, smart beta - and reviewers like that it skips the filler. But cramming leverage and carry-trade strategy into a short book means real depth gets sacrificed on genuinely risky techniques, and a companion title from the same author drew more mixed reviews for shallowness.
