How to Develop and Promote Successful Seminars and Workshops

Shenson clearly knew the seminar business cold, and the strategic thinking about topic selection, pricing, and promotion has a structural durability. But a 1990 handbook built around direct mail campaigns and mailing list rental is missing the entire online event landscape that now defines this industry. Worth a look for historical perspective or if you strip-mine the strategy and ignore the tactics β but not a current recommendation.
