Immortality and the Law
Ray D. Madoff · 2010
75/100
👍 Worth It
Yale University Press legal nonfiction that somehow manages to be genuinely readable — Madoff takes three sprawling postmortem rights domains and builds a coherent normative argument with prose that breathes. The U.S. focus limits comparative depth and the 2010 publication date means some fast-moving legal terrain has shifted. Still the most accessible serious treatment of a topic most people never think about until they have to.
