This is the standout of the bunch -- German trade press actually singled it out for being clearly structured with strong tables and graphics, which is rare praise for a book this technical. Merten covers both financial instruments and physical collectibles in the luxury space, brand analysis and all, in one genuinely readable volume. The 2008 luxury-market numbers need updating in your head, but the writing and structure hold up.
