The DK Essential Managers format is reliable for quick orientation on a workplace topic, and the 101 tips plus self-assessment give a busy professional somewhere to start. But this is introductory-level content — thin on depth and case studies — and anyone who has read one or two books in this DK series will find very little new here. A decent library dip, not a purchase.
