The West Nutshell series has a well-earned reputation for clear, concise legal orientation, and this volume on wills, trusts, and fiduciary duties lives up to that standard conceptually. The 1978 original date is a real liability, though β tax figures and regulatory specifics have changed substantially, and the later co-authored editions only partially address that. Better suited to law students building conceptual scaffolding than to anyone seeking current, actionable guidance.
