Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
Leaders' Playbook

More than a hundred practical EI tools packed into a readable field guide — that's genuinely useful for a manager who wants to do something tomorrow rather than absorb theory. The problem is the well-trodden genre: Goleman covered most of this ground earlier and with more rigor, and the limited independent critical coverage here reflects that this one hasn't broken through the crowd. Solid but not essential.
