The SEAL-versus-business framing is a fun hook, but Publishers Weekly called it out for being short on specifics about how Buckett actually built the culture he's describing — the business case studies land better than the military anecdotes. Mixed bag rather than a must-listen. Jamie Renell's narration is brisk and confident, better than some of the content underneath it.
