Maxwell condenses a lifetime of leadership teaching into 365 daily devotional entries and the result is coherent and Scripture-grounded — but it is condensation, not new contribution, and readers familiar with his earlier books will find most of it familiar. The modular format means you can drop in anywhere, which suits devotional use, but the runtime is very long for the depth delivered. Henry O. Arnold's measured narration fits the format well, giving each short entry appropriate weight.
