This edited academic volume does what edited academic volumes do: it assembles specialist perspectives on organizational learning for an audience that already knows the field. That audience is narrow by design, and the dense scholarly writing closes the door on practitioners who might otherwise benefit from the ideas. Unless you're a researcher in management learning, the signal-to-effort ratio here is poor.
