A warmhearted community tribute to local women business owners, this is the kind of book that means a great deal to the 83 people profiled and their neighbors, and rather less to anyone outside Hamilton County. Self-published with no meaningful critical reception and very limited distribution, it functions more as a keepsake than a general-interest read. There's nothing wrong with it — it's just genuinely local in scope.
