Long Gone

Long Gone has a genuinely compelling personal-stakes setup — the protagonist is not just chasing a story but reliving her own hidden trauma — and it delivers the faith-integrated romantic suspense its audience expects. The thin critical record and its position as book four in a series make it hard to evaluate on its own merits, and readers outside the Christian inspirational market are unlikely to connect with its tone. A satisfying read for its niche, but too narrow to broadly recommend.
