Manage Your Mindset

Dr. Hanson has real academic credentials and the extension of mindset theory into unconscious bias territory is a genuinely useful angle that goes a bit beyond Dweck's foundational work. But the mainstream review record is thin, the academic tone limits its appeal beyond educators and organizational leaders, and anyone who has read Dweck directly will find significant overlap. A solid resource for its niche audience, but not broadly compelling enough to cross over.
