Bathla writes with genuine energy and the cognitive science grounding gives it more backbone than pure motivational fluff. But without a traditional publisher's editorial filter, and covering territory that Brian Tracy, James Clear, and others have mapped more rigorously, it's a competent entry in a crowded genre rather than a standout. Readers new to productivity books may find it useful; veterans will find little fresh ground.
