Just know going in that it's frank about race and workplace conflict, so it's an adult or mature-teen listen rather than a family one. The audio edition is a real standout too — Adenrele Ojo's Audie-winning narration blended with the author and her parents voicing their own lines makes this one worth listening to, not just reading.
