The sensory language is genuinely lovely for young children and the integrated journal and guided meditation make this more than a standard picture book. That said, the reflexology chart is an odd addition that may puzzle parents more than help children, and some faith-conservative families will want to look through the meditation content before reading it aloud. A thoughtful concept with a somewhat uneven execution.
