Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
On Sleep

Fleur Anderson writes with wry humor and genuine curiosity about sleep deprivation, and the essay format keeps things moving briskly. But the limited critical footprint outside Australia, combined with a light scientific touch, means it falls short of the best insomnia and sleep-culture writing available. A pleasant diversion for Australian readers; harder to recommend over Why We Sleep or similar titles for a broader audience.
