Overcoming Low Self-esteem

👍 Worth It

This is the real deal — a CBT workbook from a pioneering Oxford clinical psychologist, built to function like an actual course of therapy on paper. It's part of the well-respected "Overcoming" series and shows up on NHS reading lists for good reason: the exercises are structured, clinically grounded, and genuinely actionable. You do need to actually do the exercises for it to work, but that's true of any workbook worth its salt.
