Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Paparazzi Princesses
Brian Williams Β· 2013
55/100

The celebrity-insider angle is the whole premise, and young readers who are into hip-hop culture will find the themes of trust and identity in the spotlight genuinely relatable. The problem is that the book was driven by brand recognition rather than literary merit β character development is thin and critical reception is nearly nonexistent. Fun for the right tween reader, but not something that will stay with them.
