Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Positive Neuroscience

π Worth It
An Oxford University Press volume co-edited by a Harvard cognitive scientist and Seligman, backed by the Templeton Foundation, exploring the neural basis of flourishing β that's a serious scholarly project. The thematic organization and the caliber of contributors make it a genuine reference for neuroscientists and advanced psychology researchers. Extremely narrow audience, but within that audience it's credible and worth it.
