The idea of using the Lord's Prayer as a framework for releasing emotional barriers is genuinely interesting, and the author's background as a counselor at Taylor University gives it more credibility than most self-published faith wellness books. The problem is the narrow audience, lack of independent clinical validation, and thin critical footprint β there's something here, but you'd need to be already drawn to evangelical Christian counseling to get much from it.
